Privacy policy

This policy covers Brian Local Search Console Reporter, the private reporting app operated by Brian Berge. It applies to the app's Google connection and reports. It does not govern insurance quote requests or other website services.

Information the app accesses

The app does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive or contacts. Its reporting queries do not request insurance form submissions or individual customer records.

How information is used and shared

The app uses this information for private website-performance reports, content analysis and sitemap management. The reporting scripts communicate with Google and write results to local files. They do not automatically upload or email reports, send them to AI services, or publish them on these pages.

Copies that the operator separately exports or backs up are managed separately. Google API data is handled under the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Storage and retention

The refresh token is stored locally in a file restricted to the operating-system account that runs the app. Reports are kept as local files for historical comparison. There is no automatic deletion period; retained files must be removed by the operator.

Revoke access or request removal

You can remove the app's access through your Google Account connections. Revoking access does not delete reports already saved. To request removal of saved reports or credentials, contact brian.h.berge@gmail.com. Separately exported or backed-up copies require separate removal.

These information pages

These information pages contain no forms. The website's hosting providers process ordinary web requests to deliver them. Cloudflare adds its Web Analytics script to measure visits and page performance.
