Terms of use

These terms apply to Brian Local Search Console Reporter, operated by Brian Berge for private website analysis. They apply to this reporting app, not to insurance products or quote requests.

Last updated September 27, 2026.

Authorized use

Use the app only with Google accounts and properties you own or are authorized to manage. Review Google's consent screen before granting access and protect saved credentials and report files. The app offers no public accounts or subscriptions.

Reporting limits

Reports depend on Google's data, processing delays, permissions and API availability. Data may be incomplete or change after a report is created. The tool does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads or business results. Recorded website actions do not establish that an inquiry is a qualified lead.

Changes and stopping use

The tool may be updated or discontinued, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. You can stop using it and revoke its Google access at any time. The privacy policy explains how to request removal of saved reports and credentials.
