Chat and contact privacy

Using the home insurance guide
The guide uses AI to explain general home insurance questions. It cannot issue a quote, confirm your coverage or contact Brian for you.
Your question and a few recent messages are sent through OpenRouter to an AI model provider. Our requests require providers that report no retention for inference and no training use. If those conditions cannot be met, the guide returns an error.
We do not save chat transcripts in a website database or include your message text in our website analytics. The conversation stays in this page's memory and clears on a fresh page load. OpenRouter and our hosting providers may process operational information such as request timing and network details under their own policies.
Keep questions general. Do not enter Social Security numbers, payment information, contact details, policy numbers or full policy documents. The guide blocks some obvious identifiers, but it cannot recognize every kind of personal information.
Choosing Talk to Brian
This button opens the contact form. If you have asked a question, it carries a short copy into the form for you to review. That note is temporarily held in this browser tab and removed when the form reads it. You can change or delete it before sending. Clicking the button does not submit the form.
When you submit the contact form, your note and contact details go to Brian's contact system, including its customer-management and email delivery services. Brian uses them to follow up by the route you choose. Any policy documents needed later should be shared through a method agreed with Brian.
Questions about your information
Use the contact form to ask Brian about information you have submitted. The Google reporting app privacy policy covers the separate reporting tool.
